Washington DC - In a letter to the House Homeland Security Committee today, Congressman Duncan Hunter raised concerns about existing legal authority to build tactical infrastructure on the Southwest border. Specifically, the letter called for a hearing on H.R. 3289, bipartisan legislation introduced by Congressman Hunter, and recommended the bill be incorporated into broader legislation set to be considered by the Committee.
